This is a  Thai Restaurant we designed in the downtown Los Angeles area. The restaurant space is on the first floor (street level) of a mixed use luxury apartment complex near USC.  The space was a blank canvas.  We  produced all of the drawings including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen design and obtained  permits from the City of Los Angeles, CA. The client had a hand in the design.
